DOMEL Epigastric sense of fullness, upper abdominal distention, regurgitation. Nausea and vomiting. Dosage Adults: All indications: 10-20 mg orally 3-4 times daily before meals; max 80 mg daily. Re-evaluate need for continued treatment after 4 wk. Children: Only Nausea & Vomiting: 0.25-0.5 mg/kg body-wt, 3-4 times daily; max 2.4 mg/kg daily.

Pharmacokinetics Absorption: Rapid. Metabolism: Hepatic (rapid and extensive). Bioavailability: Absolute bioavailability: Oral: 15%. IM: 90%. Half-life elimination: 7.5 hrs. Hepatic impairment: 15-23 hrs. Renal impairment: 7.4-20.8 hrs. Time to peak, plasma: 1 hr after dosing. Excretion: Urine (30% of an oral dose). Faeces (66%).
