Dolgina Capsules 60mg Indications

Dolgina 60mg Capsules (4 weeks) treatment of heart burn associative with non-erosive GERD, Dolgina 60mg Capsules (up to 8 weeks) treatment of all grades of erosive oesophagitis; to maintain healing of erosive oesophagitis and relief of heart burn for up to 6 months.

Dosage

Adults: Erosive oesophagitis (EE): Dolgina 60mg Capsules treatment: 60 mg once daily for up to 8 wk. Maintenance of healed EE and symptomatic relief of heartburn: 30 mg once daily up to 6 mth. Symptomatic GERD: Dolgina 60mg Capsules treatment: 30 mg once daily for up to 6 mth. Children: Not recommended.

Advice to Patient

Take with or without meals. Do not chew or swallow whole. If there is difficulty in swallowing, open the capsule and mix all contents in a tablespoon of applesauce. Swallow immediately without chewing. Granules may also be dispersed in 20 mL of water. The dispersion may be taken via an oral syringe or a nasogastric tube.
