Indications
Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm is primarily indicated in conditions like Pediculosis, Scabies.
Contraindication
Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity, Seizures, Skin inflammation.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm, which give rise to further complications include Insomnia, Paresthesia, Giddiness.Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Seizures, Aplastic Anemia. Aplastic anemia. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm therapy.The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm include Vomiting, Convulsions, Collapse, Restlessness, Muscular spasm, Loss of equilibrium. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Dizziness, Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Restlessness, Abdominal cramps, Confusion, Cough, Skin irritation, Contact dermatitis, Psoriasis, Confusion, dizziness, Contact dermatitis.
Warnings
Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm should not be used in patients with seizure disorders, have open wounds or sores or are allergic to Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm. Elderly persons may be more sensitive to the effects of this medication and a dose reduction may be required. Pregnant women should not be treated more than twice during the pregnancy. Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm should not be used in neonates, infants 2 years old and younger because of the possibility of high systemic absorption. Children 10 years old and younger also should be treated cautiously with Lice-O-Nil Cream 20 gm because of an increased potential for toxicity.
