HMG Masoone Injection is primarily indicated in conditions like Induction of ovulation, Polycystic ovary syndrome.

Contraindication

HMG Masoone Injection is contraindicated in conditions like Ovarian failure, Ovarian dysgenesis, Ovarian cysts.

Side Effects

The severe or irreversible adverse effects of HMG Masoone Injection, which give rise to further complications include Hyperstimulation syndrome.HMG Masoone Injection produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Electrolyte and volume depletion, Oliguria, Ovarian enlargement, Ascites, Pleural effusion, Abdominal distention, which are responsible for the discontinuation of HMG Masoone Injection therapy. The symptom atic adverse reactions produced by HMG Masoone Injection are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptom atically, these include Headache, Rashes, Urticaria, Hair loss, Dry skin, Breast tenderness, GI disturbance.
