Doparide 25mg Tablet Indications

Doparide 25mg Tablet is primarily indicated in conditions like Anxiety, Depression, Gastro-esophageal reflux disease, Irritable bowel syndrome, Schizophrenia, Tourette’s syndrome, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Peptic ulcer, Vertigo.

Side Effects

The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Doparide 25mg Tablet, which give rise to further complications include Amenorrhea, Gynacomastia, Galactorrhea, Changes in libido., Doparide 25mg Tablet produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome, Neuroleptic malignant syndrome. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Doparide 25mg Tablet therapy., The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Doparide 25mg Tablet are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Sedation, Sleep disturbance, Hypotension, Gynecomastia, Galactorrhea, Agitation, Dyskinesia, Overstimulation, Hyperprolactinemia, Tardive dyskinesia.

Contraindication

Doparide 25mg Tablet is contraindicated in conditions like Epilepsy, Hyperprolactinaemia, Mania, Gastrointestinal hemorrhage,pheochromocytoma,Breast feeding, Hypersensitivity to any component of product.

Warning

Should be use with caution in porphyria,renal impairment and mania and in patients receiving antihypertensive, hypnotic and analgesic drugs, because concurrent use may increase the effects of these drugs.should be given with care to hypomanic pateints.
