Directions: 

Wet your hair from roots to tips and apply a suitable amount of product evenly with a gentle massage. Leave on and rinse. After washing, we recommend using the Bema Bio Hair Pro Conditioner and Anti-Dandruff Lotion (twice a week) for even better results. External use only.
