Indications Prophylaxis of iron, folic acid deficiency. Dosage Tab/Cap: Prophylaxis: Adults: 1 tab/cap daily. Maintenance: 1 tab/cap 2 to 3 times daily. Drop: Adults & Children over 6 yr: 0.6 mL daily. Infants and Children upto 6 yr: 0.3 mL daily. Syp: Children: (dose expressed in terms of elemental iron): Severe iron deficiency anaemia: 4-6 mg Fe/kg/day in 1 to 2 divided doses
